ELITE SERVICE on INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL
Meet & Assist & Fast Track & Lounge Service
- Passengers with a reservation should proceed to the Meeting Point, located in front of the passport control areas at both the 1st and 2nd International Terminals. They will need to present their reservation details to the CIP staff.
- Once the CIP reservation is confirmed, the passenger will proceed through passport control without assistance from the CIP staff.
- After passport control, the CIP staff will greet the passenger by name and escort them to the baggage claim area.
- A porter will assist with collecting luggage and loading it onto the airport trolley, free of charge.
- The porter will then accompany the passenger as they leave the baggage claim area with their luggage.
- If the passenger wishes to use the lounge service, the porter will escort them to the lounge.
- If the passenger does not wish to use the lounge, the porter will accompany the passenger to the "greet counters area, outside the terminal" to conclude the service.
- This service is for international flights only.

- The Elite (Meet & Assist) Departure service for CONDOR flights is currently unavailable.
- The Premium CIP Arrival and Departure services are available for CONDOR flights.
- The Premium CIP Departure service is currently unavailable for EASYJET and BRITISH AIRWAYS flights.
