By submitting, you’re making a booking request. We’ll send an invoice with payment terms once your booking is finalized.
A non-refundable €50 administrative fee per person applies for our coordination efforts — even if the booking isn’t completed.
This fee is waived if you proceed with full booking and payment.
In the event of a cancellation, the administrative fee remains with OWL Tourism.
Any no-show or cancellation fees from third-party providers (e.g. hotels, golf clubs, airlines, or transport companies) will be passed on to you.
OWL Tourism acts as an intermediary for all tourism services and cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
