No administrative fee applies if you proceed with your confirmed booking and payment.
You have reviewed the applicable green fee, buggy, and club hire rates on our Green Fee Rates page, as well as the estimated total cost shown in this booking request form.
By submitting this form, you are making a booking request. OWL Tourism will check availability and send you a confirmation and invoice with payment terms once your booking is finalized.
You will be invoiced only for the confirmed services, such as green fees, buggy, club hire, golf shuttle, and applicable bank fees.
To cover coordination, availability checks, and reservation efforts with golf clubs and service providers, a non-refundable €50 administrative fee per person applies only if you do not proceed with the confirmed booking and payment, or if you cancel after confirmation.
This administrative fee is fully waived if you complete the confirmed booking and payment.
Any cancellation fees, no-show fees, or penalties imposed by third-party providers (including golf clubs, hotels, airlines, or transport companies) will be passed on to the client.
OWL Tourism acts as an independent intermediary and reservation coordinator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational changes caused by third-party providers.
