CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your reservation is affected by Coronavirus-related events such as border closures or travel limitations enforced by the authorities, or you are tested positive, you can cancel your reservation. In this case, your payment will be refunded in full apart from a £30.00 / €30.00 (depends on the proposal currency) administration fee. A proof of testing with the result will be required before the refund process can commence.
In the event you have to cancel your vacation we ask our clients to contact us immediately, so we can start the process with the hotel for issuing a refund.
As soon as this is made available to us, we will immediately forward it on to you.
