HOW TO BOOK GREEN FEE:

Step 1: Click the orange "OWL Rate" price button for your desired course and date period.
Step 2: Complete the Green Fee Request Form with your details and select the courses you want to play.
Step 3: Click the 'Send' button.
Step 4: OWL Tourism will contact you as soon as possible with reservation details and payment process. Full payment is required upon confirmation.

IMPORTANT:

NON-GOLF HOTEL GUESTS: Maxx Royal Montgomerie generally applies rack rates for clients staying in non-golf hotels like Spice, Ela, Susesi, Calista, Invista, Granada, Arcadia, and others. In such cases, we need to add a €10 per person administration fee on top of the rack rate. However, sometimes they may agree to make exceptions, and in those cases, OWL Tourism will do its best to secure the most competitive rates for you.

PRE-BOOKED RENTALS: A €5 administration fee per item applies to all equipment rentals booked in advance.

GBP RATES: OWL Tourism prefers to work with the Euro currency and therefore publishes Euro rates on this website. However, some golf clubs, such as Sueno, offer GBP green fee rates specifically for UK customers through us, travel agencies. If British nationals request a green fee at these clubs, they may receive a proposal in GBP. In such instances, transactions will be conducted in GBP/pound.

TYPO: Please note that occasional typos or delays in updating prices may occur. In such cases, the current agreement between OWL Tourism and the golf club applies. We act solely as intermediaries and cannot be held responsible for discrepancies.

MULTI-ROUND PACKAGES: Some golf clubs like Cullinan offer 2-, 3-, and 4-round packages, which cannot be used on the same date. They must be used on separate days within the relevant period.

ADMINISTRATION FEE: Each invoice includes a non-refundable €50 per person administration fee, covering administrative costs. This fee is only applicable in case of cancellations and acknowledges OWL Tourism's efforts.

All-Inclusive Golf Clubhouse Concepts (A–Z)

• Carya Golf Club: All-Inclusive available only to Regnum Carya guests on golfing days.
• Cornelia Golf Club: All-Inclusive not valid from 01 July – 31 August.
• Cullinan Golf Clubhouse: All-Inclusive not valid from 16 June – 31 August.
• Gloria Golf Club: All-Inclusive is valid all year round.
• Maxx Royal Montgomerie Golf Club: All-Inclusive is valid all year round.
• National Golf Club: All-Inclusive available only to Regnum Carya guests on golfing days.
• Palazzo Golf Club: All-Inclusive not valid from 01 June – 31 August.

Clubhouse Information

Clubhouse hours are determined by golf course management and may vary. Bar and restaurant opening times are also set by the golf course and are subject to change. Please inquire at the golf club reception upon check-in for up-to-date details. OWL Tourism is not responsible for clubhouse operations, services, or opening and closing hours.

• 1–4 Pax: €125.00
• 5–8 Pax: €150.00

PAYMENT TERMS

• 3D Secure Mail Order Credit Card Payments (via payment link) are accepted.
• For payments completed 35 days or more before the game date, no bank commission applies.
• For payments completed within 34 days of the game date, a 3% bank commission will be added to the total amount.
