Verification:
• Ensure that your mobile phone is with you and reachable to receive the 3D Secure code from your bank
Device & Technical:
• If you have a VPN active on your device (tablet, PC, or mobile) while trying to make the payment, the online credit card transaction may be declined by your bank for security reasons.
• For credit card payments, we recommend using a computer / tablet instead of a mobile phone, as this tends to be more reliable based on our experience.
• If you don’t have access to a computer / tablet, you can send the payment link to another mobile device and complete the payment there, while approving the 3D Secure notification/code on your main phone.
Limits:
• Ensure that your account/card has sufficient funds
• Make sure your card's international payment limit is enabled and sufficient for this purchase
• Some credit cards often have a daily international limit of €2,500.
• If this is the case, you can either contact your bank to increase the limit or complete the payment over two consecutive days. However, you must first confirm this with OWL Tourism.
Bank Security:
• Sometimes, for international payments, the first attempt by your bank may be declined for security reasons to prevent fraud.
• In such cases, your bank will contact you to request authorization.
• If you are not contacted, please call your bank hotline and authorize the payment
